About

I was born and raised in Vladivostok, graduated in 2022 from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Centre of Pure Mathematics (CPM). Currently, I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University (JHU). My primary research area is Algebraic Geometry, and my advisor is Professor Shokurov. I am on the job market this Fall 2026.

Research interests

Higher-dimensional birational geometry, applications of Hodge Theory to the Minimal Model Program, boundedness and Shafarevich-type results for Calabi–Yau varieties, Moduli problems, and connections between L-equivalence and D-equivalence.
